Service Description

Choose this option for an annual boiler service which includes full visual inspection, checking gas inlet pressures, Fan pressure, full flue analysis checking for Co/Co2 & adjustment of the boilers gas valve if needed. Removing & cleaning the condensate trap if required. Checking system pressure, Checking expansion vessel pressure, controls & completing service records in manufacturer's instructions. on Worcester Bosch boilers, the fan pressure reading would need to be checked on the annual boiler service and if it's not within the set manufacturers limits it will need a full strip down service as per manufacturer's instructions. (£140 inc vat) see full strip down service on 'book online' for more details) unfortunately this couldn't be determined until on site and will be brought to your attention if this is the case. Most boilers will need a Full strip down service on 5 year intervals so if you are unsure of the age of the boiler or when it was last serviced, we would suggest to return to the 'book online' section of our website and choose the full strip down service. If any issues are found with the boiler during the service this will be raised to your attention and be an additional charge as a boiler service and a repair are 2 separate entities. Cancellation Policy

The First hour charge will still be due if there is no answer at the property unless cancelled 24hrs before.
